After many years of faithful service, our dear Office Manager, Michelle, is preparing to retire. We are so grateful for the love, dedication, and countless ways she has served our Pregnancy Resource Center, our clients, and our community here in the Poconos. Her presence has been a true blessing to our ministry, and while we will miss her dearly, we are excited to see what God has in store for the next chapter.

Because of Michelle’s retirement, we are seeking a caring, organized, dependable, flexible, mission-minded and spirit filled individual to join our team as our next Office Manager.

The Office Manager plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the center running smoothly and helping create a welcoming, compassionate environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

About the Role

The Office Manager will oversee a variety of administrative and organizational responsibilities, including office operations, scheduling, communication, record keeping, and supporting staff and volunteers. This person will also help ensure that the center remains tidy, organized and prepared to serve women, men, and families in our community with excellence and compassion.

Previous office or administrative experience is helpful, but a self-starter with a servant’s heart, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to our mission are equally important.
