Immediate Client Care

PRCP empowers women and families to make informed and educated decisions concerning life.  All our services are free and confidential and include:

  • Pregnancy Testing - Laboratory-quality tests that detect pregnancy hormone within 7 to 10 days of conception.
  • Pregnancy Decision Counseling on fetal development, abortion risks and procedures, alternatives to abortion including parenting and adoption options, and more.
  • First Trimester Ultrasounds by licensed medical professionals.
  • Resources and Referrals for social services, medical care, housing, professional counseling services and adoption agencies.
  • Education on sexual risk avoidance and responsible sexual values.
  • Maternity needs, baby clothes, and supplies available through our Baby Boutique.
  • Help for men facing unplanned pregnancies who need male support, guidance, and peer counseling.

Long-Term Client Education

Lifesteps is a mentor education program featuring over 80 different prenatal, parenting and Life Skills classes for new moms and dads to attend in either an individual or group setting.  By participating, moms and dads earn “Baby Bucks” which can be spent in our Baby Boutique for maternity, baby clothes and supplies.

After Abortion Care – for those who have experienced abortion and seek spiritual and emotional healing, we offer confidential counseling classes where women receive God’s love and forgiveness and are set free to live an abundant life in Christ. If you or someone you know may be struggling from a past abortion, please call (570)424-1113

Healthy Relationships / Abstinence classes – In a teaching-style presentation, young people in middle schools are educated about healthy relationships between the opposite sex with an emphasis on abstinence before marriage.

Mentorship for Fathers – We offer one-on-one mentorship for fathers through our Fatherhood Initiative Program, and fatherhood mentorship in a group setting through the Pocono Dad Project. Both of these programs are meant to engage with Dads across the Poconos and encourage them to be the best Dads they can be for their children.

Questions & Answers

PRCP tours can be scheduled by calling our office at (570)424-0373. Tours last 20 – 30 minutes and are best if taken during our hours of operation.

Through our PRCP Volunteers, Staff and Board Members and by God’s grace, the PRCP saves innocent lives from abortion, counsels, equips and empowers women and men towards positive lifestyle changes, and offers the life-transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ to those in need of hope and care.

We help men by offering the Fatherhood Initiative program, which is a one-on-one mentorship program for men who want to be the best dads they can be for their children. We also have partnered up with other local nonprofits to create the Pocono Dad Project (link http://www.poconodadproject.com/ ), which is a group mentorship program for fathers seeking encouragement and resources to help them be great dads.

The PRCP is a 501c3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
