These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to SMS/text messages sent by Pregnancy Resource Center of the Poconos (PRCP) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
PRCP is a pregnancy resource center providing pregnancy-related support, resources, education, referrals, and related services.
Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your relationship with our Center, which may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling communications, cancellations, follow-up communications, care-related communications, and information or resources you have requested.
Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring text messages depending on your appointments, communications, requests, and interactions with our Center.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive.
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.

Consent
Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services from Pregnancy Resource Center of the Poconos.

- Provide care-related and client-related communications;
- Respond to your questions or requests;
- Provide information and resources you have requested; and
- Operate, maintain, and improve our messaging services.
No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Your mobile information, SMS opt-in information, and consent will not be sold, rented, bought, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- SMS/text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide and operate the messaging service you have requested, or as required by law.
